who we are...

 

A passionate Pastry Chef that got the knowledge from the prestige Pastry school Le Cordon Bleu London. Specialisation in French Pastry, Chocolates and wedding cakes. Gathered further experience in the Savoy in London, The Ivy restaurant as well as the private club. After all the exciting stress of Restaurant business, She went on to work in a local cafe in PRAGUE TO EXPERIENCE a smaller environment and the daily business of a cafe. Meanwhile developing an own Brand and company. 

 

 

 

where does the name come from...

 

My passion to become a Pastry Chef is all from spending time with my grandmother baking and helping her do her wonderful cakes. As she is such an inspiration and drive to me. When she passed a few years ago i decided to honoUr her in creating a TATTOO TO HAVE HER with me at all times AS A guardian angel. When creating the tattoo i was looking for a way to incorporate her name without using the name it self. Therefore i focused on the meaning of her first name. -ANITA- which means GRACE.

To me she was always so kind, gracious and LOVED ME UNCONDITIONALLY.  In that sense i wanted to represent her with the one word.: GRACEFUL

And what better way to honour her in my company then naming the company after her.
